Emergency Preparedness & Multi-location Support

In an emergency, the first few minutes decide the outcome. We train your teams to recognise, respond and escalate — and keep every site's emergency readiness checked, stocked and rehearsed.

What's included

Scope of service

01

Case-based training

Scenario training for workplace and OHC teams — MI, cardiac arrest, anaphylaxis, fracture & dislocation and severe bleeding.

02

First 60 seconds framework

Scene safety, assessment, calling for help, role allocation and treat-and-reassess.

03

CPR & AED readiness

Hands-on practice with CPR and AED use, aligned to current resuscitation guidance.

04

Drills & debriefs

Timed tabletop and role-play drills, debriefs and documented corrective actions.

05

Readiness checklists

Emergency numbers, AED status, first-aid kits, equipment and medicines checked and in date.

06

Multi-location management

Consistent occupational health and emergency standards across all your sites.

All scenarios

The first 60 seconds: a common response framework.

1

Scene safety

Check hazards, PPE, traffic, electrical or chemical exposure and the number of casualties.

2

Assess

Check responsiveness and normal breathing; identify catastrophic bleeding.

3

Call for help

Activate the site emergency code, call EMS (India: 112 where applicable) and send for the AED and first-aid kit.

4

Assign roles

Team lead, responder, caller, runner / door access and recorder.

5

Treat & reassess

Provide care within training and monitor continuously until handover.

Never delay EMS activation for paperwork, a full history or treatment beyond your competence.

Case-based training

Five scenarios your teams rehearse until it's instinct.

MI

Suspected heart attack

Recognise red flags, rest, urgent EMS transfer, ECG without delaying transfer — and no self-driving.

Cardiac arrest

Collapse & CPR

High-quality CPR at 100–120/min, AED as soon as available, compressor rotation every 2 minutes.

Insect bite

Sting & anaphylaxis

Tell a local reaction from anaphylaxis; prompt adrenaline auto-injector and EMS when indicated.

Fracture

Dislocation & fracture

Immobilise as found, check circulation, never attempt reduction.

Bleeding

Active bleeding & shock

Firm direct pressure, tourniquet when trained and indicated, recognise and manage shock.

Team communication

SBAR handover — clear, every time.

S

Situation

Name / location, emergency type, current status and immediate concern.

B

Background

Age, event, medical history, allergies, medicines and relevant risk factors.

A

Assessment

Responsiveness, ABC, vitals and trends, injuries, ECG / AED findings and timings.

R

Recommendation

What has been done, the response, time-critical concerns and support or transfer needed.

Preparedness

Emergency readiness checklist for your OHC

  • Emergency numbers, site address, ambulance route and escalation tree displayed
  • AED, pads and battery checked to schedule — staff know its location
  • First-aid kits, PPE, dressings, splints and cold packs stocked and in date
  • Monitoring equipment and consumables checked
  • Emergency medicines authorised, stored correctly and in date
  • Roles, backup staffing, stretcher and lift access rehearsed
Implementation

Practice drill & debrief

Short tabletop and role-play drills for each scenario, measuring time to recognise, activate EMS, start CPR, bring the AED and complete handover.

Every drill ends with three questions: What went well? What delayed care? What one change will we make today?

Attendance, competency gaps, action owners and target dates are documented — and drills repeat after major staff, site or equipment changes.

Training is aligned to current resuscitation and first-aid guidance and local protocols. It supports, and does not replace, hands-on certification, local SOPs or clinician assessment.
